i have been waiting nearly 3 days for my parcel to even be shipped. ordered at 2am on the tuesday so i would have it by the thursday/friday and it is now 7pm on the wednesday night and it is still processing and not shipped so now i can guarentee i will not be able to use the tackle i ordered for when i leave for fishing at friday dinner.

I bought from this company for years and never had a product issue. Now I have its a complete nightmare I've took now 3 full days off for a collection and no show all I get is we'll send another! No sorry ( just send a new part ffs

Paid for same day dispatch, not dispatched, phoned in, can't tell me when its going out, just wants to refund me instead of fixing the problem.
Says they have a stock issue, when queried what it was, I'm told they can't locate it. I say, so its missing? Their reply, no it's not missing, it can't be located.
Manager I spoke to Christina apologies for me feeling like not buying from them again. Ridiculous.
Rather support smaller businesses and a pay a bit more.

Absolute cracking service. Trying to find a replacement quiver tip for my Guru N-gauge feeder rod. All my searches failed to come up with the goods. Chanel at Angling Direct contacted the manufacturer direct and has come up with the replacement within 24 hours. Faultless service.

I’ve used Angling direct a few times now and they’re competitive with their prices. Spoke to Lee today regarding a minor problem with something that was damaged in transit and he was helpful and attentive and resolved the situation out in a timely manner. Thanks Lee!

Received my order all items correct but one item damaged groundbait bag had split, reported to customer service who asked for photos which I sent immediately agreed to replace all this within 3 days of ordering top class service from Angling Direct

I recieved part of my order to find it completely smashed. Iknow it isnt the company’s fault and was smashed in delivery called customer service and got put through to Lee. What an absolute gentleman really helpful and polite was a pleasure dealing with him. Companies need more people like Lee to sort things out.
